Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully. They govern your use of the magicpaint.io platform, AI generators, and compilers.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using magicpaint.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided via email or platform notification.
2. Use of Services
magicpaint.io grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for lawful purposes. You may not use our services to create content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@magicpaint.io.
4. Content Ownership & Commercial Rights
You retain full ownership and commercial rights to all book outlines, puzzles, designs, and compiled PDFs created using magicpaint.io. You are free to publish and sell them on Amazon KDP, Etsy, or any other platform. We claim no royalties or ownership over your output.
5. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Dodo Payments. You authorize us to charge your payment method. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. All sales are final and no refunds are provided (see Section 12).
6. Intellectual Property
All software, AI generation engines, designs, and core platform code comprising the magicpaint.io service are owned by magicpaint.io and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our platform assets.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
magicpaint.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Because AI generation depends on advanced neural networks, we do not guarantee that the service will be entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly meet every customer request.
8. No Guarantee of Sales or Results
magicpaint.io is a creation tool that helps you generate and compile publish-ready books, puzzles, and designs — it is not a sales, marketing, or income service. While your output is made to meet the format requirements of platforms such as Amazon KDP or Etsy, we make no promise, representation, or guarantee that it will sell, generate revenue, rank, or produce any particular outcome. Actually selling your books is your responsibility: any sales, earnings, or business results depend entirely on your own efforts, pricing, marketing, market conditions, and the policies of the third-party platforms you publish on, over which we have no control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, magicpaint.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we detect abuse, scraper bots, or violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via Account Settings.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which magicpaint.io operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
12. Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final. We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for any subscription payments, credits, or other purchases, whether used or unused. Because magicpaint.io delivers digital goods and AI-generated content immediately upon purchase, every transaction is non-refundable once completed. You may cancel your subscription at any time via Account Settings to stop future charges; cancellation prevents further billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period.
